GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Entry and Ticketing

• A valid ticket is required for entry to Plaas Geraas.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the event of cancellation or rescheduling by the organiser.
• No re-entry is permitted unless authorized by security staff.

2. Access Control

• Gates open at 17h00. Please arrive early to avoid delays.
• All attendees and their belongings are subject to security screening.
• The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who poses a threat to safety or disrupts the event.

3. Children

• Children of all ages are welcome.
• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
• The organisers accept no responsibility for the supervision of minors.

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted:

• Weapons or dangerous objects
• Illegal substances or drugs
• Outside food or beverages (unless otherwise permitted)
• Glass bottles, fireworks, flares, or open flames
• Laser pointers, drones, or large umbrellas
• Professional recording or photography equipment (unless approved)

5. Code of Conduct

• Be respectful towards artists, staff, and fellow attendees.
• No unruly, aggressive, or dangerous behaviour will be tolerated.
• Alcohol may only be consumed by persons 18 years and older – valid ID may be required.

6. Weather and Safety

• Plaas Geraas is an outdoor event and will take place regardless of weather. Dress accordingly.
• Performances may be delayed or paused for safety reasons including bad weather or emergencies.
• First aid services will be available on-site.

7. Photography and Filming

• By entering the event, you consent to being filmed and photographed for promotional and archival purposes.
• Attendees may take casual photos and videos, but no commercial use is permitted without prior approval.

8. Changes to Line-up

• The event line-up and schedule are subject to change without prior notice.
• The organisers will not be held liable for any loss due to schedule or artist changes.

INDEMNITY & WAIVER OF LIABILITY

1. Assumption of Risk

By attending Plaas Geraas, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in a public event, including but not limited to exposure to loud music, crowds, and weather elements.

2. Waiver of Liability

You agree to release the event organiser, Tweespruit Sports Club, all artists, sponsors, staff, and affiliated parties from any liability for:

• Personal injury, illness, or death
• Property damage, loss, or theft
• Any damages resulting from negligence, acts of nature, or third-party behaviour

3. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organisers, sponsors, and partners against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your actions or omissions at the event
• Any breach of these Terms & Conditions

4. Medical Emergencies

In case of a medical emergency, you consent to receive medical assistance and agree to bear any related costs. The organisers will not be liable for the outcome of such assistance.

ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event premises at Plaas Geraas, you:

• Acknowledge that you have read and understood the above Terms & Conditions, Indemnity, and Waiver of Liability.
• Agree to be bound by them in full.
